Sleek yet striking. The Kia Niro’s exterior has ‘future’ written all over it — with a stylish front bonnet framed around a signature matte/gloss two-tone tiger nose grille. This upfront design confidence is built on a powerful lower cladding, for an extra-wide look that accommodates an integrated central charging point.

Distinctive CUV side details 

Ready for your close-up? The Niro is designed around simple lines that render a bold CUV side profile. Turn heads wherever you go, thanks to its unique body cladding with two-tone colour body and a stylish Aero C-Pillar at the rear to enhance airflow and aerodynamics.

Confident rear styling 

The Niro showcases modern styling where it counts, with a rear section that boasts simple and elegant design, boomerang-style motif tail lights, rugged skid plate, and a lower bumper that’s just the right balance of bold and beautiful.

Impactful Niro EV design details

 The fresh and expressive sculpted body shape and exceptional crossover looks of the Niro EV are designed to delight. The distinctive two-tone hexagonal front grille and unique EV-only exterior design also features a wide body coloured bumper design, incorporating a central charging point. Steel Grey body cladding and a Steel Grey Aero-C Pillar are available for yet more character.

Choice of dynamic alloy wheels 

Created exclusively for the Niro EV, the custom 17-inch alloy wheels have a 5-petal design and feature a two-colour finish with black accents. Meanwhile, the Niro Hybrid and Plug-In Hybrid, our family hybrid cars, feature specially designed 16-inch or 18-inch alloy wheels, depending on the trim level you choose..

Eco-friendly materials inspired by nature 

As a clear statement of Kia’s ongoing commitment to sustainability, we’ve developed seats that are engineered from recycled materials. Depending on the trim level you opt for, you can choose cloth, cloth-artificial leather combination, PVC artificial leather or PU artificial leather. The PU artificial leather seats also contain Tencel™ made from eucalyptus wood for a uniquely natural feel.

Making everyday life on the road that little bit easier, the new Smart Key lets you interact with your Kia Niro even from a distance, for maximum comfort. As well as locking and unlocking the doors remotely, and starting and stopping the engine from outside the car, you can even turn on the heating or ventilation inside the cabin before setting off – so that it’s just the right temperature the moment you sit down in the driver’s seat.

Kia Connect On-Board Services & Live Services 

Access all the information you need for your trip. Navigate the fastest route to any destination with real-time traffic data, including constantly updated adjustments and estimated arrival time. Using Kia Connect Services2 , check parking availability, points of interest and ev charging stations - and keep an eye on the weather. Kia Connect also lets you use voice commands - like searching for a destination - so you get to the right destination with the least fuss.

Interactive Kia Connect App 

Use the Kia Connect app2 even when you're not in your car to save time and keep yourself connected. Going to an unfamiliar place? Set your destination in advance and send it to your car, or schedule charging sessions so your Niro EV or Plug-In Hybrid is ready when you need it. Once parked, let Last-Mile Navigation guide you to your final destination. Tap the Find My Car function to search for your car when you return. If someone else is driving your car, the Valet Parking function lets you keep an eye on your Niro’s location and driving stats.

Everything you need to know, in your line of sight: The Head-Up Display projects driver-related information on your windscreen, so you can keep your eyes on the road. It superimposes turn instructions from the navigation system over the roads ahead, let’s you know if you’re drifting out of your lane and indicates which vehicle is detected ahead of you. For hassle-free and safe trips. Everything you need to know, right in your line of sight. The Niro’s Head-Up Display projects driver-related information onto your windscreen and superimposes turn instructions from the navigation system over the roads ahead. Fast charging throughout the cabin

Make sure all your devices are always fully charged. Simply place your smartphone on the charging pad 5 at the front of the centre console for convenient, cable-free charging (up to 15W). For those with a charging cable to hand, there are fast USB charging and seat-mounted USB-C ports throughout for all passengers to use.
