Status Disclosure
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is the independent regulator of financial services. FCA regulations require firms to provide status disclosure documents to consumers considering certain financial products. This document explains the services we offer in relation to finance and insurance. Please review this information to decide if our services are right for you.
Whose Products Do We Offer?
We offer a limited range of insurance products to complement your vehicle purchase, including:
- Tyre & Alloy Wheel Insurance
- Asset Protection (GAP Insurance)
- New Car Replacement Insurance
Each of these products is provided by a single insurer.
If you require finance to assist with your vehicle purchase, we can introduce you to a limited number of lenders who offer a range of finance products. Upon request, we can provide a list of the lenders we work with.
Which Services Will We Provide You With?
We are a credit broker, not a lender.
We will explain the available finance options from the lenders we work with and help you assess their suitability based on your needs. However, you will be responsible for making the final decision on how to proceed.
For insurance products, we will assess your eligibility and provide a recommendation. Again, the final decision will be yours.
Please note: We are not an independent financial advisor and do not assess the wider market for finance or insurance. We do not provide advice on whether the products we offer are the best available to you.
What Will You Have to Pay for Our Services?
We do not charge you a fee for our services.
We typically receive a commission from lenders, either as a fixed fee or a percentage of the amount borrowed. These arrangements are agreed upon in advance and do not impact the Annual Percentage Rate (APR) or other charges for credit. The APR may vary based on your credit status and loan amount. Our commission remains the same regardless of the finance type (Hire Purchase, Personal Loan, or Personal Contract Purchase) or the length of your agreement.
If you are an individual, sole trader, or small partnership, you are entitled to request details of any commission we receive before completing your vehicle purchase. You can ask the Sales Executive handling your sale or contact us.
For insurance products we recommend, we receive a margin from the price you pay, as well as training support from insurance administrators.
